Located in the outbuildings of the Petit Moulin, this 100 m2 cottage is ideal for a stay with family or friends. You will appreciate the calm, the greenery and be lulled by the sound of the Automne River that flows along the private wooded land: ideal for taking a break and recharging. Pets accepted upon request. Wi-Fi access to combine remote work and relaxation. Capacity 6 people (possibility of extra baby bed) 2nd accommodation available: total site capacity 10 people. The space The listing is located in the outbuildings of an old mill. It has a separate entrance, terrace and private wooded garden bordered by the forest and river. The garden is enclosed. Everything is on one level: - a large living room with an open kitchen on a dining room and a living room with a sofa bed (accessible to people with reduced mobility) - a bathroom with a toilet and shower (accessible to people with reduced mobility) - one bedroom with 1 bed of 160 cm and small dressing room - a second bedroom with 1 bed of 160 cm and small dressing room (accessible to people with reduced mobility) - a closet with hanging space and all the household essentials Guest access The accommodation is located in the municipality of Verberie (60410), halfway between Senlis and Compiègne. Close to the A1 motorway exit (about 5 minutes) and 30 minutes from Roissy airport. Verberie is a small town with all the necessary shops and a small supermarket. Restaurants can also be found there. Many tours and activities are possible nearby: - the Verberie nautical base; - Le Marais animal park in Longueil-Sainte-Marie; - the Armistice clearing; - the Château de Compiègne; - Pierrefonds Castle; - Chantilly: the castle, the horse museum, the racecourse, the potager des princes; - the city of Senlis and its pedestrian paved streets; - amusement parks: La Mer de Sable in Ermenonville and Parc Astérix in Plailly; and plenty of other things to discover in our beautiful region! Other things to note We provide: - household linen (towels, bed linen, dish towels); - household products; - baby equipment on request before your arrival (high chair, baby bed). We do not charge any additional fees for cleaning and offer you a clean and tidy space. Please leave this place clean upon checkout (sheets removed, cleaning done, dishes put away, garbage bags put in outside garbage cans). We gladly accept pets (please let us know when booking). We rely on the seriousness of the owners to leave the accommodation and garden clean (excrement collected). Self check-in by key box possible depending on the time.
