High-quality, quiet apartment with a great garden oasis

Our holiday apartment "Friesenwind" in Utarp offers you everything you need for a relaxing holiday on the North Sea coast. It is located in our East Frisian farmhouse, which we have rebuilt from scratch with great attention to detail. Despite some historical details, the apartment is modern and comfortably furnished. A special highlight is our great garden, where you can immediately relax. The space The "Friesenwind" is comfortably oriented towards the east, accessible via its own entrance with a separate terrace and divided into three levels over 60 m². On the ground floor is our bright and fully equipped kitchen with dining area, which is directly connected to the living room with couch and armchair. The modern bathroom with a ground-level rain shower is also on this level. A staircase leads to the 1st floor, where the master bedroom with a large double bed is located. This room is laid out like a gallery. So you can look down into the kitchen from here. Another staircase leads past old wooden beams to the 2nd floor. Here, under the roof, there is another bedroom with two single beds. We rebuilt the entire house ourselves many years ago. As a carpenter, Dieter has placed great emphasis on a special sense of space and thoughtful functionality. You won't miss anything. Our municipality Utarp is an idyllic village and only about 8 km from the coast. Many guests describe our location as very central. Ideal for quickly getting to different ports or attractions. At the same time, we are a little off the beaten tourist track. Perfect for really unwinding. Guest access You have free access to our shared garden. There is a small cottage with an additional terrace that can be used. You can also store bicycles here, for example. For children, we have two great Kettcars on the property, which are freely available. Other things to note Please note that the master bedroom on the 1st floor is a passageway to the secondary bedroom on the 2nd floor. You can optionally book linens and towels. On request, we can provide a travel cot and a high chair.
