Our apartment "Friesenwind" in Utarp offers you everything for a relaxing vacation on the North Sea coast. It is located in our East Frisian farmhouse, which we have rebuilt from scratch with a lot of attention to detail. The apartment is modern and comfortably furnished despite some historical details. A special highlight is our great garden, where you can immediately relax. The space The "Friesenwind" is comfortably oriented towards the east, accessible via a private entrance with a separate terrace and is divided into three levels over 60 m². On the ground floor is our bright and fully equipped kitchen with dining area, directly adjacent to the living room with couch and armchair. The modern bathroom with a walk-in rain shower is also on this level. A staircase takes you to the 1st floor, where the master bedroom with a large double bed is located. This room is designed like a gallery. So you can look down into the kitchen from here. Another flight of stairs leads past old wooden beams into the 2nd floor. Here is another bedroom with two single beds under the roof. We rebuilt the entire house many years ago. As a carpenter, Dieter has placed great emphasis on a special sense of space and thoughtful functionality. You won't want for anything. Our municipality Utarp is an idyllic village and only about 8 km away from the coast. Many guests describe our location as very central. Ideal to get to different ports or sights quickly. At the same time, we are a little away from the tourist hustle and bustle. Perfect for unwinding. Guest access You will have free access to our shared garden. Here is a small house with an additional terrace that can be used. You can also place bicycles here, for example. For children we have two great Kettcars on the premises, which are freely available. Other things to note Please note that the master bedroom on the 1st floor is a transit room to get to the secondary bedroom on the 3rd floor. You can optionally book bed linens and towels. On request, we can provide a travel cot and high chair.
