Recently renovated, 1 bedroom apt with queen bed. Apt is on the second floor in a 2 story building. Smart TV, wifi enabled, with desk workspace. Close to downtown, and free parking behind the building. Coin laundry is located downstairs in the basement. Guest access Guests have the entire 1 bedroom apartment to themselves. The unit is accessed with a keypad lock from a shared common hallway. Please be respectful of noise and neighboring guests. Any smoking or excessive noise will result in the guest finding alternate accommodations. Any signs of smoking in unit will result in a $250 fine.
