No special events, commercial activities, photoshoots, video making, or outside guests are allowed. Anyone who is not a confirmed guest entering the condo for any reason is considered a part of a social gathering (if you have immediate family who needs to visit, please inform me before booking). There are surveillance cameras in the public hallways right outside the condo (no recording devices inside your unit). There is decibel alarm equipment (noise-aware, can only be triggered by large-scale parties). Social gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited within the condo. Should such an event occur, it will be detected. In that case, we will call the police, remove you from the condo immediately, and pursue legal action against you for any breach of contract, disturbance, or damages. Your entire booking fee and security deposit will be forfeited in case of such a violation. This condo is only to be used for lodging purposes. I sincerely hope this policy will also bring comfort and peace of mind to all my guests, knowing I host Airbnb responsibly. It is for our mutual safety. We welcome respectful guests who appreciate a clean, quiet, and well-located space. We also observe Airbnb's new pilot program in Toronto that requires guests to be 25+ to book entire homes.
