Ideally located in the heart of the city on the first floor of a small newly renovated building, you can have a pleasant stay in this 38 m2 two-room apartment. It is particularly cozy, bright and very well-equipped. Renovated in mid-2023, this character apartment has beautiful volumes, beautiful amenities, and plenty of storage. We validate your requests quickly. Don't hesitate! The space We were able to preserve the traditional side of the building during its renovation. This apartment is not only comfortable. It also has plenty of storage and appears ideal for longer stays. Near the entrance, you will find a separate toilet with sink. The kitchen is well-equipped. A real oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, fridge and freezer. A washing machine is also available, as well as a clothes rack and ironing kit. There's also more storage than you need! There is also a large closet where you can store shoes and hang your clothes. The living room includes a very comfortable 140 x 200 cm leather sofa bed. It unfolds in seconds (just pull the handle between the vertical cushions). You can find extra pillows, duvet, and guest towels in the bedroom closet. A 40-inch smart TV is also available. You can connect to Netflix, Prime, etc. with your personal accounts. Shutters and curtains will allow you to rest in the morning if necessary. You have a view of Place Rotrou which was redeveloped into a semi-pedestrian area in early 2023. The bedroom and bathroom are connected. The bedding has, again, been carefully chosen and you will certainly appreciate the mattress topper. A large dressing room with a wardrobe and shelves, a pouf to put your suitcase on, as well as a desk to work at, enhance this very pleasant room. The bathroom is also completely new, and meets the standards desired by most of our visitors. Guest access In the heart of the city, access is easy. The apartment is on the second floor without elevator access and is particularly appreciated for its clear view and its luminosity. Parking: Parking in the heart of the city can be challenging and expensive – especially if you stay on-site during the day. We offer a limited number of spaces in a closed parking lot located just 30 m from the accommodation. Simply request it and wait for our confirmation in return. This additional service is available for €5 per night booked. Other things to note Access to the building is located at 41 Rue Rotrou. It's at the very beginning of Place Rotrou, right across from the "Le Balto" café. The door of 41 is next to the Crédit Agricole staff entrance at number 43, and has a digicode on its right.
