Located on 2.5, tree-filled, acres 2 miles from the Village of Mendocino and the majestic Pacific Coastline. Perfect for unwinding after a long fun-filled day on the coast. "Le Garage" is quiet and relaxing. We are far enough from the coast so that we enjoy the sun when the fog comes in, yet close enough to run down and see a fantastic sunset when it's clear. The space This 2 story unit has been newly renovated with an open loft upstairs where you can relax while reading, playing games, watching your favorite streaming channel, or just taking a nap. Downstairs you find an open kitchen /dining area with all the essentials, a comfortable bedroom with a queen bed, and a bathroom with a large tiled open shower. There is a large covered patio looking out amongst the trees with comfortable furniture to enjoy your mornings or afternoons. Though we do not allow our guests to bring pets, we do have two happy dogs of our own. Henry is a 13-year-old chihuahua mix, not yippy and very friendly. Daisy is our new addition and is a year old. She's a big, happy puppy, American bulldog mix. Guest access There is a private path to the unit and the entrance faces away from our main house for full privacy.
