Get ready for an unforgettable stay! The space The Praia House Tourist House has 3 levels or floors. On the first floor you will find 2 comfortable rooms that can be converted into 2 sofa beds, you also have the fully equipped kitchen and the guest bathroom. On the second level you will find 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed and 1 trundle bed also with a private bathroom The secondary room has a double bed and 1 trundle bed also with a private bathroom. And on the third level, the terrace, you can find a rooftop terrace with comfortable furniture where you can enjoy a pleasant moment of relaxation. Children ages 2 - 9 do NOT count as an additional guest. We love four-legged guests and don't think any family member should be left behind on vacation. We also understand how difficult it is to find pet-friendly accommodations. Guest access You have access to the entire house. Other things to note The Praia House tourist house is located in A RESIDENTIAL AREA in the LAS GAVIOTAS neighborhood. IT IS NOT A TOURIST AREA, IT IS A QUIET AND SILENT RESIDENTIAL NATIVE NEIGHBORHOOD, where you will find a diversity of NATIVE INNS and TOURIST APARTMENTS, in addition you will find supermarkets such as D1 and ÉXITO stores, CAFAM drugstores, restaurants such as SUBWAY, communication points such as MOVISTAR, CLARO and TIGO. Currency exchange houses such as WESTER UNION in addition to native gastronomy points, we are in one of the most traditional, pleasant and safe sectors of the island. All this is no more than a 15-minute walk away. If you want to stay in the island's tourist area, please do not book with us, as it is not the characteristic of our accommodation and may not meet your expectations. Our location allows you to enjoy other areas of the island, not only downtown, you can also go to the Beaches of San Luis, Rocky Cay, the Mangrove reserve, the Botanical Garden, Eco Park West View among others. Nearby you will find the D1 supermarket, Superfruver and Éxito. The city bus passes on the corner of the residential unit, where you can take a tour of the island. 5 minutes by car you can reach the downtown beaches.
