Close to restaurants, pharmacies, night life, and minutes away from Condado, Old San Juan, Isla Verde and other places of interest to see. Located in a safe and secluded area with private security patrol around the clock. Guest access Patio areas are shared, as such, activities cannot interfere with other residents and/or neighbors; a nice area to relax and warm up with the sun. Other things to note Within walking distance are cafes, amazing restaurants, fresh fruit stands, yoga studio, farmer’s market, grocery stores, boutiques, surf shops, hair and beauty salons, amoung others. Ocean Park is a safe beach neighborhood and only a 10 minute walk from Condado, a highly touristic area packed with even more restaurants, spas and shops. The Historical Old San Juan is a 10 minutes car ride and so is the airport. Ocean Park, provides more than the typical tourist experience. We remind you the property sits in a private neighborhood and that - as much as we want our guests to have fun and enjoy themselves and the property - our neighbors are also sensible to noise and music after night hours, reason why we do not accept parties in our properties. I hope you understand. Gated Community, access to the community by car is only possible through Santa Ana Street. While all other streets gates are closed, during the day pedestrians are able to access the neighborhood through any street using the walk-through gates. At 5:00pm, if you enter the community by car please inform the security officer that you are guest and provide the property address.
