Welcome to The Beachside Bungalow! Located near Crescent Beach on Anastasia Island, you'll find the quietest and most serene beach in St. Augustine. You won’t be disappointed if you’re looking for something right on the beach! It's charming, updated, and has tons of natural light. There is a private balcony, slight views of the beach from the living room, and everything you need for an amazing stay. Come and visit to see for yourself! The comfy queen-sized bed is a royal experience and the bathrooms are sparkling clean and updated. The couches offer cozy family time and are comfortable enough to nap or sleep for the night, with a view of the Atlantic from the den window. We have provided a roll-out full-size bed as well, perfect for the kids to pile up on while watching their morning cartoons. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, creamer and sugars, and is well-fit for preparing your own meals. You can relax on the balcony and enjoy the breeze and the sound of the ocean. Ooo-la-la! There are two sets of stairs up to the condo. There is one parking spot dedicated for our guests; other vehicles must park in the "visitor" spaces available. Enjoy the pool and the grilling area, as well as the miles of private beach. The condo is easily accessible to the beach, just travel by foot down the walkway and you're there! I will be available via Airbnb Messenger for all guests. Please turn your Airbnb notifications "on" for prompt communication. Access to the condo requires walking up 2 flights of stairs- one from the parking lot, and one in the building to your unit. The condo is not baby-proof. Any child staying must have constant supervision. Parents are responsible for providing extra safety for their children. We ask that guests be considerate of other guests and keep noise to a minimum. This is a very peaceful community and the owners and guests value such. There is a trash dumpster on property near the entrance gate; please dispose all trash in the dumpster at the end of your stay (and/or as needed). Trash shouldn't be left outside of the unit at anytime.
