Guest Bungalow at Jnana Place

Retreat to our gorgeous and tranquil Guest Bungalow surrounded by lush subtropical rainforest on our peaceful acreage whilst still being close enough to enjoy a coastal beach outing only 17 minutes drive away. This newly refurbished bungalow has been lovingly decorated with both new and preloved treasures to create a cosy and charming atmosphere that we hope will make you feel welcome and relaxed. Enjoy this calm, elevated bungalow amongst the trees and breathe in the fresh hinterland air. The space Sink into the comfy couch or arm chair with a book (we have a small collection of nature-inspired books and magazines) or sit out on the balcony and gaze at the trees with a warm cup of tea or coffee. We also have an open lawn space which can be used for a picnic to fully immerse yourself in the lush subtropical natural surrounds. Listen to the songs of the many native bird species and breathe in the fresh hinterland air. You may even spot some wildlife if you’re lucky! While we encourage simple, slow living and time to appreciate nature during your stay, we have also included modern conveniences such as TV and internet so that you have the choice to relax and watch a streaming service (we now have Disney) if that’s what you feel like doing. Cook your own meals in our fully equipped kitchenette or bring back some take away from one of our recommended local eateries. Other things to note We are located on the southern ridge of Currumbin Valley. Check-in time is 2pm and check-out is 10am. Phone reception is unreliable for networks other than Telstra and Belong. Wifi is available on the 3G network which we find sufficient for TV streaming but no so for high bandwidth activities (gaming, multiple video streaming etc). An opportunity to truly disconnect from technology and reconnect with the simplicity of nature!
