In a residential house with garden, small very quiet room equipped with a private shower room. You share the kitchen and TV area with guests from 3 other bedrooms. Small balcony to eat in the sun in summer. In the laundry room with washing machine (€2/machine) and dryer (€2/machine), there is room to park your bike/scooter. The bedroom is equipped with a 90x200 bed with a new spring mattress. The space This is a residential house, in which there are 4 bedrooms whose tenants share a kitchen. The tenant of this room has their own shower room with private toilet, the other 3 share a shower room. There is a garden and balcony accessible to all. The whole house is rented, so it is possible that you would be alone in the house, but also that you share the common areas with 4 other people. Guest access Your room has a lock. All residents have access to the entrance with coat rack and space for shoes, kitchen, TV area with a Free box, bathroom, balcony and garden. You also have access to a laundry room with washing machine/dryer and space to put a bike or scooter, if you bring one. During your stay We live about 5 km from the house, we try to welcome you in person, if this is not possible (late arrival for example) there is a lockbox. We are readily available during your stay to answer any questions or to resolve any issues.
