Cafes, restaurants, bars, and a shopping street are minutes away, and in the adjacent park you can take a leisurely break from everyday life. The bus stops are right at your doorstep and S-Bahn and U-Bahn are also easy to reach. Free public parking is available right in front of the house. The space Especially for couples or friends, the apartment in the beautiful Schöneberg is recommended, who wish you a successful stay in a pleasant atmosphere. The small 16m2 but lovingly newly furnished studio has everything you could ask for for a weekend or even a longer period of time. There is a large, comfortable mattress with several sockets and switches on the upper floor These can simply be reached via an extendable ladder. The bathroom is spacious, very clean and has everything you need after a long and eventful day in Berlin. The apartment comes with all amenities, making you feel like home. In addition to a cooking surface and refrigerator, the integrated kitchen also offers a toaster, kettle and microwave. Of course, cutlery, crockery and cleaning products are at your disposal. It has Wi-Fi and is fully furnished. In the living room you will find 1 comfortable sofa and an LCD smart TV and a small desk. The kitchen is fully equipped. A washing center is 2 minutes away. Right next to the entrance is a self check-in keybox that works with a code. Thus, check-in/ check-out is unproblematic and possible for everyone. Location: Apartment is located directly near a popular small shopping mall and offers numerous shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity. The nearby Akazien-Kiez, Nollendorfplatz and Winterfeldtplatz attracts a colorful audience to Schöneberg with many cafes, bars, restaurant, small boutiques and lots of greenery. The connection to the public transport network is excellent, with the S-Bahn stop Schöneberg and the subway stop Eisenacherstr. in the immediate vicinity. There are also numerous bus lines right in front of the apartment, which run comfortably to all corners of the city. Please understand that loud music, parties, and smoking are strictly prohibited in our apartment. We ask that you observe the night time from 10:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The regular check-in times are from 2pm to 8pm, while check-out should be by 10am at the latest. If you would like an earlier arrival, this may be requested subject to availability and there is an additional fee of 30.00 euros, which is payable in cash on site. Check-in from 10pm is also subject to availability, but requires a request and will be charged with an additional fee of 50.00 euros, which is also payable in cash on site. A check-out outside of the specified times (no later than 3pm) requires a prior request and is charged with a surcharge of 80.00 euros, which is payable in cash on site.
