The villa with a terrace and sea views features 3 bedrooms, a living room, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, and 4 bathrooms with a hot tub. The space Our air-conditioned unit consists of a huge living area with a flat-screen TV, dining area, spacious and well equipped kitchen with a fridge coffee machine and a dishwasher, a terrace with the outdoor dining area, outdoor pool, BBQ. It has 4 bedrooms and they consist from 3 king sized beds and one sofa bed; each bedroom has a bathroom as well with bidet and a hot tub. Wardrobes with hangers and linens and towels are provided as well. This unit can accommodate to 7 people per stay it has 250 square meters. We offer towel exchange every other day and change of sheets every 5th day. Other things to note At your check in we will ask to pay the tourist tax, this is 1 euro per person per night as this is obligated in Montenegro by law and it is not included in the price. You will need to present your passports so we can register you in our guest book. We can assist You with organizing excursions, transfers from airports (Tivat, Podgorica, Dubrovnik), rent a car, boat charters and all kinds of excursions in Montenegro.
