There are 2 mountainbikes available , free of charge. Private & secure car parking is available. Villa Arsha is a stylish and newly build villa (2022) surrounded by a beautiful and well maintained tropical garden with a private swimming pool and outdoor shower. The villa has 200m2 living space and sits on a 450m2 square plot of land in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by banana trees and coconut trees. The interior has been finished with eye to details and stylish furniture for maximum comfort during your holiday. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom also features a bathtub. The kitchen is well equipped with whatever you need, a large American style fridge, an oven and microwave, a marble kitchen counter and extractor hood. In the living room you will find a large beautiful handmade teak wood dining table that sits 6 people to enjoy those great moments with friends and family. The living room has two ceiling fans to keep you cool on those hot tropical days. In the living room there is an additional toilet for easy access. From the living room you have direct access to the terrace next to the pool, here you will also find a large teak dining table, large rotan sun bed (great to unwind after a busy day of exploring), on the pool deck there are two sunbeds with a large parasol. Dewi or Komang will be there to greet you upon checkin to get you settled in and to make sure you have everything you need during your stay at Villa Arsha. Please let us know what time you expect to arrive so Dewi will be there to welcome you and get you settled in. IMPORTANT: In case of any delay please call or text Dewi 30 minutes before arrival at the villa. If you arrived earlier and Dewi is not present at the villa you can call or text her and she will be there within a few minutes. The villa, pool and garden will be cleaned every two days. You may always contact them directly with any issues or requests you may have. They will be happy to help you. Within walking distance (1.7km) to Lovina beach where you will find many restaurants, cafe's and shops. Villa Arsha is tucked away in a nice and quiet but centrally located area of Lovina called Kaliasem, surrounded by palm and banana tree's and with no direct neighbors offering maximum privacy. Pepito supermarket (international products) and spice beach club are a short drive away from the villa. (3 min by motorbike). Local warungs can be found within a short walk from the Villa in case you need anything. You can get around on foot, but the most convenient way is renting a motorbike. We can arrange this for you. The villa has a large private parking space and another parking space right next to the villa, secured with cctv. We also have 2 mountainbikes available which the guest can use free of charge. Occasionally you may hear some music and sounds from surrounding houses or Balinese hindu temple ceremonies in the near by area.
