Small cozy villa with large plot and meadows in front, walking distance to the city center with both train/express bus and grocery store about 2 km, 4 km to the nearest swimming lake and about 5 km to the sea, 25 minutes by car to Gothenburg. 5 minutes to the golf course. Nice bike trails to both Kungälv and Stenungsund. The house has two floors, the entrance floor has a bedroom with a double bed, living room and kitchen in an open plan as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with 1.20 beds each, a small living room and bathroom with shower and toilet The space An older home that has been completely renovated in a modern style, the exterior of which is a little reminiscent of a cottage. Guest access All spaces are okay to use except for the storage room opposite the bathroom on the second floor and the storage room by the game room and wardrobe in the hall. Other things to note I have 2 cats in the home with a cat flap, so to be able to book the accommodation, you must be okay with filling up with food and water for them during your stay, food is in the box next to their bowls. They are kind and good, used to children.
