Gather around fire pits for s'mores under the starlit sky, play horseshoes, or enjoy the pool table. •This cabin offers 5 bedrooms: -1 King bedroom (basement level) -2 bedrooms on the main level (stairs required to access): 1 full bedroom, 1 King master bedroom w/attached bathroom -2 bedrooms on the 3rd level: 1 Queen bedroom, 1 bedroom with a full size bed and a twin over full bunkbed with twin trundle • Queen sofa sleeper in basement and Queen air mattress for extra sleeping •4 Full bathrooms (1 is ensuite) •2 kitchens (basement kitchen does not have a stove or dishwasher) To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with your Guest Access information. The Enso Connect guest verification process will require: * Signing of rental agreement * ID and selfie uploads Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the cabin. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities include: a private beach, pontoon boat for rent from the owner of the home (weekly rates of $1200- available from Memorial day to Sep 30), kayaks (available May 15-Nov 1), sand volleyball court, horseshoe yard game, pool table, fire pits, outdoor patio furniture, multiple balconies & patios, and so much more! There is NO public boat launch available. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with exterior Ring video cameras. While we respect our guests' privacy, we are always available to assist when needed. the property manager provides a dedicated guest communications team that operates 24/7, ready to handle mid-stay turnovers upon request and promptly address any unexpected maintenance issues. • You will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with guest access details after completing verification, which includes: -Signing the rental agreement -ID and selfie uploads • Starter Kit: Includes coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Guests are responsible for additional supplies. • **Local Guests: Prior authorization is required before booking**. • Pets: -$20/night, $100/week, $250/month (potty-trained dogs only). -Clean up after your pet • Pontoon boat available to rent weekly for $1200 (from Memorial day to Sep 30) and free kayaks and volleyball court (available May 15-Nov 1) • While the private beach and lake access may not be ideal for swimming, our sandy beaches are perfect for sunbathing and relaxation. Rent the pontoon and drop anchor at the sandbar for a fantastic time on the water. Plus, there's ample parking space for your vehicles right at the cabin. ***Maintenance and inspections may be required during your stay. Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific timeframe or reschedule these visits. Any necessary work will be completed as quickly as possible to ensure the property remains in proper condition. • Do NOT drive more than 5mph down road. • No Smoking inside. Smoking is permitted outside, please dispose of trash properly. • No pets without prior authorization. • Quiet hours from 10pm - 6am. • No loud music or parties. Do not disturb the neighbors. • Do not tamper with or disable the security camera or smart home devices. • Keep the number of guests in your reservation accurate and don't violate the occupancy limits. • Kayak use must sign a waiver. • Please follow check in/check out times and procedures. • Please do not rearrange furniture. • Excessive trash left will result in $100 fine This room is pet-friendly. • Pet fees apply: $20 per night, $100 per week, or $250 per month. • Pets must be potty-trained dogs. We prefer dogs under 50 lbs but can be flexible, reach out to us for exceptions. • Please clean up after your pet indoors and outdoors (hair, waste, etc.). • Keep your dog on a leash in common areas, some guests may not love pets as much as we do! • Violating these rules may result in eviction without a refund.
