Situated on a quiet corner of Sand Lake, our cabin offers the perfect place for a fun-filled week. Cast a line from the dock, explore the lake on paddleboards, the canoe, or rowboat, and unwind in the traditional wood-heated sauna. With sleeping arrangements for four adults or two adults and three children, it's a lake-getaway you'll love. Nearby are hiking, bike trails, shopping, sightseeing, and eating places unique to the area. A pontoon is available to rent. Date inquiries welcome. The space The cabin sleeps four comfortably, and the living room futon opens up for a fifth person. The bunk beds are a twin size bed on top, and a full size bed on the bottom. A half-bathroom is in the cabin; the shower area is in the sauna. The cabin sits on a quiet corner of Sand Lake with ample parking space. We keep wood stocked onsite for the sauna and for campfires. Country roads abound for bike riding, and trails are nearby for hiking and biking. Guest access You will have access to the entire 1.25-acre property: cabin, sauna, dock, canoe, paddle boards, row boat, swim area, and two bikes. Also, there’s plenty of parking space on site. Other things to note Pets must be pre-approved. Bring your own beach towels; we provide shower towels only. A pontoon is available to rent, and can be added for a day, or for your whole stay. Book early to reserve it. Outdoor games on site: Corn Hole, Boche Ball, and Croquet. The cabin is rented by the week, so guests can fully enjoy the lake, and the beauty of the north woods.
