BEDROOM 3: En-suite with queen-size bed, 2 bedside tables, closet with wardrobe, ironing board, ceiling fan with remote control, luggage rack, smart TV, split air-conditioning and bathroom with shower stall. IN THE APARTMENT For the safety of children and/or pets, all windows have newly installed protective nets. Living room with split air-conditioning that also cools the kitchen, 2-seater sofa, extendable table (up to 6 seats), 4 stools for use of the American kitchen counter, cozy winter garden. Social bathroom with blindex in perfect working order. We have 2 full bathrooms, one of which is accessed through the suite. American kitchen equipped with a microwave, cabinets, refrigerator, stove, utensils and appliances. Area with washing machine, retractable clothesline and cabinets. Included in the accommodation are: BEDDING Single and/or double sheets, pillows, blankets and/or bedspreads. All of excellent quality, carefully sanitized and ironed. Our kitchen is equipped with utensils and appliances. The apartment is rigorously cleaned after each stay. If you are coming with your pet, we ask that you confirm its size in advance, that is, before the reservation is approved, as we only allow small pets.
