By the pool there are three different relaxation areas, respectively equipped with sofas and deck chairs, sunbeds and hammocks. The Villa is equipped with thermal coat and insulating windows, as well as cooling and heating, to give maximum comfort in every season. Guest access Villa Cavuzzi is located in the hilly historical holiday area of Polignano a Mare, known as contrada Cavuzzi, also known as contrada Baracca. Immersed in the intense maroon of the Apulian land and dotted with almond and pine trees, this area has always been a holiday destination because of its climate. The entrance to the private park of the villa is directly located on the Provincial Road SP120 Polignano-Castellana, 5 kilometers from Polignano. The whole Villa has to be booked as a single unit. Other things to note Within 3 km from Villa Cavuzzi there are grocery stores (with also fresh local products such as fruit and vegetables, mozzarella, focaccia) and butchers where you have “fornello pronto”, a delicious barbecue (which also is takeaway); just beyond, there are several pizzerias and restaurants. In Polignano, Mola di Bari and Monopoli you can buy (or eat on site) fish and seafood for which Puglia is renowned. Villa Cavuzzi is less than 10-minute drive from Polignano a Mare. This village is known for being built overlooking the sea on a cliff up to 24 meters high, for its caves and characteristic beaches, for its sea caves that can be visited by pedal boat, for its restaurants, ice cream parlors and nightlife, and for being the birthplace of Domenico Modugno. Villa Cavuzzi is also a 15-minute drive from the caves of Castellana Grotte, half an hour's drive from the delightful Monopoli, the village of trulli Alberobello, the d'Itria Valley, Ostuni, Locorotondo, Selva di Fasano and Zoo-Safari, as well as just over an hour's drive from other destinations of interest such as Lecce, Otranto, Gallipoli, Martina Franca, Castel del Monte, Canne della Battaglia, Trani.
