A studio on the Black Sea coast in a secluded residential complex for a relaxing holiday, with a stunning view from the window instead of a TV and the sound of waves instead of city noise. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The renovation and decor mainly use natural materials that are pleasant to the touch and pleasing to the eye. There are no unnecessary things here - the apartment is full of light and air. The space The apartment is located in a picturesque place on the Black Sea coast, on one side of the house the river flows into the sea, on the other side, within a 10-minute walk, is the Batumi Botanical Garden, which is 110 years old this year. Guest access The studio has: - a combined bathroom with a rain shower, a washing machine, a hairdryer; - in the hallway there is a large full-length mirror, a spacious open closet for things; - The kitchen is small, but it has everything you need - a compact refrigerator, microwave, kettle and a small induction stove, all the dishes for cooking; - The bed is in a niche separated by light linen curtains, which is very cozy; - In the living room there is a fold-out sofa with a footstool (which can also be used as a bedside cabinet), there is a silent air conditioner, and most importantly - a dining group opposite the panoramic window overlooking the sea; - A small balcony with stunning views of the greenery of the Botanical Garden and Batumi itself. Other things to note The residential complex has a heated indoor pool with sea water and a spa area. I will send a price list for pool and spa services upon request.
