The Wolf room is one of three in a guest building on my personal property. Each room has a private entrance and bathroom. There is a shared kitchen between the three rooms. My property is located on a dirt road in a quiet neighborhood. It’s a short walk to the free shuttle bus that will take you to the small boat harbor or historic downtown Seward. The Wolf room is one of three in a guest house next to my private residence. The property is located on a dirt road that can be bumpy at times. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. I have newly remodeled the inside and taken time to update the rooms and kitchen. Each room has a private entrance and bathroom, as well as a small deck. Work has begun on a shared courtyard accessible via the common kitchen. The area is still in its development but there is a hot tub available for guest use. Guest will have access to the shared kitchen as well as the outdoor spaces including the hot tub. I live on site and I’m home most the time. If not I’m available to answer questions via text or phone. I’m always interested in sharing the highlights of Seward so please don’t hesitate to ask. My property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. It’s a easy 10 minute walk to Chamber of Commerce where you can catch the free shuttle bus anywhere in town. The same 10 minute walk will take you to our local grocery store to stock the kitchen and save money from not having to eat out every meal. My home is located 1 1/2 miles from the Alaska Sea Life Center, small boat harbor and historic downtown. The property is a 10 minute walk from Chamber of Commerce where guest can catch a free shuttle bus that makes many stops through out town including the Alaska Sea Life Center, the small boat harbor, and historic downtown. Guest can also walk to all the locations on our beautiful bike path that weaves through the small boat harbor and along Resurrection Bay. To walk to the Sea Life Center at the end of town (about a 1 1/2 miles away) you’ll be looking at about an hour + walk. There are also Taxis available to take you anywhere in town.
