Large yard for games or just relax, read your favorite book and create memories. The space Large open concept living room and kitchen with 3 good sized bedrooms. Large sunroom with pull out futon for added guests. 3 piece bathroom with shower. Guest access You will have the whole private property to yourself. Other things to note 5 minutes walk to the large privet beach. 2 golf courses within couple of minutes drive. Stores, gas stations, Grand beach, Victoria Beach, Albert beach all are only few minutes away. Very quiet area, lots of hiking trails, biking trails, good fishing and 2 boat launches within 2 minutes. Lots of space outside for beautiful summer days to create your memories and tell stories while enjoying bonfires with friends and family.
