Beautiful beachfront apartment in Cancun

Nice and cozy apartment can fit up to 4 people. 1 bedroom with king-size bed and the living room with 2 double/full futton beds. Just as in the pictures. Fully furnished, guests can make use of the kitchen, watch TV, or just hang around. Access to the apartment is through an elevator, and the building has 2 trolleys for transporting luggage or groceries. There is one parking spot available. Several walking resturantes in the area. Ferry Ultramar to Isla Mujeres is just 500 meters far. The space The apartment has views to the city of Cancun and the manglar behind it. Fresh fish can be bought from the local fishermen at the beach or in the nearby markets. There are several restaurants in the area. Feel free to ask us for recommendations. You can wolk around on the gardens or the beach, you can use the pool. No pets allowed. No somking inside the apartement, not in the balcony, not in pool and not in gardens. It is penalized or fined with $500.00 us american dollars. No visitors are allowed, not inside the apartment, not in common areas, not in pool. Guest access The whole apartment will be yours during your stay, including acces to the different amenities from the residence: the pool, gardens, grill and beach. IMPORTANT: Part of the requirements to make a reservation is to send a scan copy or picture of an official ID for every guest that will be staying (not necessary for underage guests). This is a requirement from the management team of the whole residential complex in order to allow guests to access the facilities. Other things to note Please take into consideration that this is a tropical jungle climate. Appropiate clothing is advised, and sunscreen and bugspray strongly recommended. It is advisable not to drink alcohol and then drive on roadways, there are always police patrols on the area checking that, you will go to jail for 48 hours.
