Single story 3 beds 1 car garage

Beautiful single story townhouse! Very close to all the shopping centers and restaurants. Very secluded from the noisy town. You can even watch the sunrise and set from our backyard! You can also see the northern lights right from our windows! We are not far from the ski resort and about 45 minute drive to our famous Alaska Chena Hot Springs resort. We have 3 bedrooms and 2 bath. Fast internet, smart TV, laundry, heated floors and one car garage, private fence, outdoor patio and grill. The space We make sure to have our place sanitary and in mint comdition for our guests. we provide coffee, tea, water, and all the condiments. Brand new dishware and dishwasher available. Shampoos, hair dryers, iron, broom and mop. Guest access Guests are welcome to use all the space. the garage is clean and available for use as well. Other things to note we pride ourselves in keeping our home clean and orderly. We would very much appreciate if shoes would be removed inside the premises. We also do appreciate guests helping with the laundry, but it is easier for our cleaning team if you just leave the dirty sheets on the beds and dirty towel on rhe bathroom floor. You are welcome to throw the dishes in the dishwasher if you wish. If you accidently break a glass, please do let us know, it is simply for safety reasons. We also ask guests not to open the windows here in winter, they can break and it is hard to close them. If you do turn the thermostat up or down, if you can please leave it at 68F. We truly hope your stay will be a memorable one!
