Located in a noble and safe location, 1 minute from the largest supermarket in the city Supermercado Da Praça, 3 minutes from Praça de Eventos and Beco das Garrafas, and 5 minutes from Praia do Centro. KIT4 HAS: 2 single beds or 1 king bed 2 single mattresses 30 cm Built-in wardrobe TV (with 5 open channels) Wi-Fi Air-conditioned Ceiling fan Fridge 2-burner electric stove Microwave *Pots, dishes, glasses and cutlery (the basics for up to 4 people) Table with 3 chairs The service area is shared and has a washer and dryer Parking only in front of the building, with a quiet neighborhood and very safe location. KiT4 is located on the ground floor of the building Guests must BRING BED AND BATH LINENS, but if they wish to use ours at an extra cost, they must reserve them as soon as they make the reservation, upon advance payment (depending on availability) R$ 100 for 1 or 2 people and R$ 150 for 3 or 4 people.
