It has a room with a queen-size bed and a sofa bed of the same size, ideal for comfortably accommodating four people. The modern and cozy decor combines comfort with a sophisticated touch, and the sheets, covers, blankets and pillows ensure a perfect rest. In the kitchen, you'll find everything you need to prepare delicious meals: sink, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, utensils, glasses, pots and a table to enjoy every culinary moment. The bathroom has a shower, hot water, soft towels, a hairdryer, and hygiene items such as shampoo, conditioner, and soap, to make you feel at home. In addition, enjoy modern amenities such as a Smart TV with Roku system, WiFi, iron and ironing board, air conditioning, smoke detectors, fire extinguisher, and a large closet with shelves. Everything is designed to make your stay pleasant, practical and stylish. Guest access This apartment is located in a vacation rental building. It consists of two floors (only accessible via stairs), for greater privacy. The area is residential and very safe for our guests. The building provides cleaning and maintenance service for common areas, including lighting, ornamental plants, and outdoor furniture. Upon arrival at the building you will find the Main Gate with the lockbox where the key is left for the guest. This allows access to the building and the corresponding floor. For safety, all common areas have bars and locks Other things to note Internet service is a courtesy service enabled according to the availability of the supplier company's service. Our facilities are connected and depend exclusively on the public service for utilities of Electricity and Water with Sewerage, from Puerto Rico.
