Rent the whole upper house, with new bathroom, kitchen and entrance, all with heating cables. The living room is used as sleping room at night, a queensize bed and a convertable sofa gives 3 sleeping places. A bedroom is also available in the other house on the property with queensize bed. Highspeed internet+tv is included in rent. The space There are two houses on the farm, A and B. House A has was renovated in 2023 and new kitchen and bathroom was made. Also the entrance was done. All electrical cabling was changed out, water was connected and electrical heat was installed in the floor in entrance, kitchen and bathroom. Brand new water heater, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge. All equipment in the kichen is also new. The living room has a double queen size bed and and a sofa that is convertible to a bed. There is no separate bedroom in house A, the living room serves as living room in the day and bedroom in the night. Bathroom is about 8 m2, kitchen around 13 m2, entrance 4 m2 and living room around 30 m2. There is a 65’’ Samsung tv with appletv in the living room, and a 500/500 fiberoptic internet line (excellent speed). Firedetector is installed in the kitchen and connected to the electrical system. House B As there is no separate bedroom in house A, part of house B is also included when renting. A new entrance has been made In house B but heating cables are not connected yet. To get to the sleeping room you have to walk through an unfinished bathroom. The bedroom is around 12 m2, and has a queen size bed. Heating is done with an electrical heater. A fire detector is also installed in the bedroom, connected to the electrical system.
