Cozy recently reformed townhouse in the heart of one of the most peaceful towns in Mallorca - mountain town Estellencs located on the southwest coast of Mallorca in the Sierra de Tramuntana, btw Andratx -> Banyalbufar. Approx 1km from the town there is a coastal cove with a small pebble beach known as Cala Estellencs. ‼️‼️LONG TERM (MONTHLY) RENTALS ONLY, NO HOTEL/HOLIDAY RENTALS SERVICES ARE OFFERED AT THIS PROPERTY! ‼️‼️ The space This is a townhouse with its own entrance (not shared, private). Stairs throughout the property, not wheelchair ♿️ accessible. First floor is comprised of open concept living room & kitchen, bathroom with shower and guest room with sofa bed, which can be prepared for an occasional 5th guest upon inquiry (stretches to 140cmx200cm). Second floor with one of the two main bedrooms & ensuite bathroom with shower (double queen bed 150x200cm); terrace with large outdoor sofa. Third floor with second main bedroom (double bed 150x200cm) with ensuite bathroom with shower and balcony. ‼️A/C is installed in the 2 double bedrooms - 2 A/C units in total ‼️ Estellencs is situated on the rocky 🪨 coastline of the Tramuntana mountains far removed from mass tourism or a city and is an oasis of peace & tranquillity 💆🏻‍♂️💆🏼‍♀️, although keep in mind that the house is located in the center of the village with its neighbors, festivities, potentials for noise etc. Just next door there is a lovely local restaurant offering Italian 🇮🇹 food, very lively during the summer nights, you don’t have to go far to eat something yummy. The road leading here is characterised by hairpin bends promising an adventurous journey through the mountains on which you will be rewarded with far-reaching views of the sea 🪼🌊 and the rugged mountain landscape⛰️. Make sure please to take it easy while driving 🚙. Moderate size vehicle essential ! Cala Estellencs is approx 1 - 2km away from town – the beach may only be small and pebbly but the peacefulness and crystal clear water in which you can cool off in the summer are a major draw of this small bay. Here you will also find numerous escars which are mooring points for the llaüt (Mallorca’s traditional fishing boats). Guest access Guests can access all the parts of the house except the garage which is not offered in the rental. There is free parking on the streets of Estellencs, just few minutes walk to the house, the street of the house is NOT accessible by car 🚗 as it is part of the old town/restricted zone.
