There will also be a link included to register your boat in advance for a slip right by the condo. Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival. **Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 25. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.** Other things to note The resort offers a wide range of amenities, including pickleball courts, a beach area, a boat ramp, scenic trails, a day dock, a golf course with discounted rates, two outdoor pools, one indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, tennis courts, and gym facilities.
