The main living space features a 65-inch Samsung Smart TV. The upgraded kitchen has stunning granite countertops and a unique ActivWall window that fully opens to the outdoor bar area and deck. The front and rear decks have outdoor heaters, and the rear deck has a fireplace for colder mornings and evenings. You'll also find a small pocket office with a printer on the main floor, offering a stunning lake view. Island Time's upper level features three-bedroom suites, perfect for families and friends. Kids will love the lower bunk room; all bedrooms have LG Smart TVs. The lower deck offers a variety of seating options, including a two-person swing overlooking the lake, a large round daybed, and additional seating around the fire pit. The turf is perfect for morning yoga with a view, and the 7-person Jacuzzi hot tub is just what you need to unwind at the end of the day while gazing at the stars and city lights. There's even an outdoor shower for the warmer months to cool off. The home has a 240v electric outlet for charging electric cars with your own cable.
