This large and open suite is located in a house on a quiet cul-de-sac on the Knoll. It has incredible views of the Monashee Mountains and backs right onto the skiway – can’t get any better than that. Skyline Suite is a large 1 bedroom suite with a full bathroom and private hot tub. It has a large kitchen, dining room, and living room with a gas fireplace and great mountain views. Walk in the front door to a shared entryway with the main house. From here, you head downstairs to the secured suite door. Bedroom Configuration: Bedroom: Queen Bed (sleeps 2) Living Room: Pullout Couch (sleeps 2) Washrooms: Bathroom – Full Bathroom with Shower/Tub Combination Just outside your door, where you entered your suite, there is also a shared laundry with the main house and a great space to store skis and gear. Skyline has an enviable flat driveway, incredible views of the mountain and is a great space for a couple or small family. The private hot tub is operational during the ski season only. To use it outside of the ski season, it may be arranged at an additional fee with enough advance notice. There are 2 outdoor parking spots available during your stay and there is an EV charging station available. Ski Access: An easy ski out from the skiway access in the cul-de-sac to get to the village and chair lifts and a direct return home at the end of your day. Skyline is a fully equipped suite with a shared laundry facility. Housekeeping is not included during your stay but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay it can be arranged at an additional cost. Please Note: Skyline Suite may be rented with the upper house if available. It is connected via an interior stairway so just opens up as one large house. Otherwise, the upper house may be occupied. We welcome pets!!! The pet fee is $30 per night, per pet plus taxes and is automatically calculated for the duration of your stay when you check off 'pets' when you are booking your stay. Please Note: Minimum of three nights required all year and five nights during the Christmas/New Years Period (unless there are gaps between bookings). Please note if you are wanting to book the weekly special will auto-quote. If you are looking for one of our other specials please send us a booking inquiry so we can manually adjust the quote, prior to your booking. Last Minute Discounts within a week of arrival may be available. If so, the rates have been adjusted to reflect this discount. We were especially impressed by the kitchen: it was very well stocked and everything seemed quite new. We had our dogs with us, and it was a comfortable place to be with them. We liked that there was a foyer just for this lower level unit, where we could leave our skis, boots, etc. The laundry room was right there too, so very convenient. The only minor drawback was that there were loud footsteps from the family above us on the first evening, but not late, and only that night — the rest of the week was extremely quiet. The location was perfect, with a ski trail access lane right next to the neighbor’s house. We were Nordic skiing, and could access the trails from there. Alpine skiers also passed by on their way out. The quiet cul-de-sac was great too, especially for a quick outing with the dogs at night. Would definitely book again." - January 2023 Guest access Your property is accessed by a keyless lock (you will be provided the access code prior to arrival via email) so you can arrive anytime after the 4:00 p.m. check-in time. This makes it convenient for you so if you want to check in late to make first tracks in the morning - no problem at all. We provide total privacy for you starting with self check-in. If you need anything while you are here, just email us (we are open 7 days a week) or call/text our 24-hour emergency line. Other things to note The hot tub is on the ground level and can be accessed by the stairs off the back deck. This is shared with the suite as well. Thinking of having a party? This isn't the property for you. If we find that you are having a party or have violated the house rules regarding events and the quiet hours, you may be evicted without a refund of unused nights. Please make sure you are respecting the house rules and quiet hours. SkyLine Suite is a fully equipped house with its own laundry facilities. Housekeeping is not included during your stay but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay it can be arranged at an additional cost.
