The suite is on the ground floor with a private garden entrance, within walking distance of the skytrain, community centers, parks, libraries, banks, restaurants, and multicultural centers. There’s convenient public transit directly to Douglas College, BCIT, SFU, & Vancouver Downtown (30 min). Also, it is only 30 mins drive to West Vancouver, North Vancouver/ North Shore Ski Hills, Richmond, Coquitlam, etc. The space The suite is in the perfect location! Just across the street is Edmonds Park and the community center with a gym, fitness centers, and swimming pool with a sauna. Within 10 mins' walking distance to Save-On-Foods, Buy-Low-Foods, Shoppers Drug Mart, five major Canadian banks, Tommy Douglas Library, and different restaurants, etc. The suite has a private bedroom, living room, kitchenette and bathroom (with bathtub). Guest access Private access to the suite is located in the back of the home on the ground level. Plenty of street parking is available near the house.
