Villa Harmonia A, Himos

In June 2022, three magnificent semi-detached villas were completed in the cottage area of Himos Golf Resort; Villa Hulvaton, Villa Hattara and Villa Harmonia. The villas are located a short walk from Himos Center (about 1 km), but they are still in their own peace on the outskirts of a beautiful golf course. The villas have been selected for their high-quality materials and natural colors, and thus they provide a cozy setting for a wide range of groups to vacation! The space *Note: The booking calendar is not enabled, so please ask for availability separately. Prices vary according to the season and events held in Himos. * New Year 2025-2026 and Midsummer Festival 2026 are still available! HARMONIA A: The lower floor of the villa has a sand-colored tiled floor and light-colored walls. The villa has a kitchen equipped with high-quality appliances and a comprehensive set of dishes, where you can easily prepare food for a larger group. On the living room side, there is a large dining area for 12 people and a relaxed sofa area for the evening. An openable/lockable connecting door has been built into the partition wall between the ground floor of Villa Harmonia A and B, which allows the two halves of the semi-detached villa to be converted into one large 24-person villa! So if you are a larger group, please ask about renting both sides of the villa. Downstairs in the villa there is a beautiful bathroom, shower, toilet and sauna. Another separate toilet can be found upstairs in the villa. Upstairs in the villa there are four bedrooms; three bedrooms each have 2 x single beds and one bedroom has two bunk beds. In addition, the downstairs living room has a sofa bed for two. The villa sleeps a total of 12 people. The villa is equipped with an outdoor hot tub, and you can easily hop from the sauna heat directly into the hot tub. The outdoor hot tub is sheltered under the canopy on the terrace. The terrace also has a barbecue, a table set, and seating. The courtyard of the villa has plenty of space for cars and there is also a car heating post in the courtyard. OUTDOOR HOT TUB: The villa has an outdoor hot tub that can be booked if desired. The price of the outdoor hot tub is 170€/booking. During the festival, the price of the outdoor hot tub is 230€/booking. At certain times, it is mandatory to book the outdoor hot tub (read the times below). OTHER EQUIPMENT: Blanket and pillow x 12, cleaning supplies, air heat pump, washing machine, TV and gas grill. Bed linen and towels can be booked separately at €15/person or pre-made at €20/person. When booking bed linen + towels, Himoslomat will deliver these to the cottage before the start of the booking. The villa can also be equipped with, for example, a children's high chair, a travel bed, a changing table, etc., please ask about them separately! PLEASE NOTE: The accommodation price does not include departure cleaning. You can book a departure cleaning through us for €180 per half of the double villa. A mandatory departure cleaning fee will be added to reservations during event times (see times and prices below). The villa is available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and the handover is at 12 p.m. on the day of departure. During weeks 52-1 and 8-9, check-in is at 6 p.m. on the day of arrival and check-out is at 12 p.m. on the day of departure. Outside of the above times, earlier check-ins/later check-outs are possible, please ask about them separately. We rent villas on weekends for a minimum of 2 days, but on weekdays 1-day reservations are also possible. Of course, it is always worth asking for 1-day rentals for weekends - we will look at the situation accordingly. Pets are allowed in the villa (pet fee €30/booking). Cleaning is mandatory at the following times: - Midsummer, Iskelmä and Jysäri festivals (210€) - Rally Finland (210€) - New Year (210€) - Finnmetko (€180) The outdoor hot tub is mandatory at the following times: - Midsummer, Iskelmä and Jysäri festivals (€230) - Rally Finland (€170) - New Year (170€)
