Villa Harmonia A, Himos

In June 2022, three magnificent semi-detached villas were completed in the cottage area of Himos Golf Resort; Villa Hulvaton, Villa Hattara and Villa Harmonia. The villas are located a short walk from Himos Center (about 1 km), but they are still in their own peace on the outskirts of a beautiful golf course. The villas have been selected for their high-quality materials and natural colors, and thus they provide a cozy setting for a wide range of groups to vacation! The space *Note: The booking calendar is off, so please ask for availability separately. Prices vary depending on the seasons and events in Himos. HARMONIA A: The lower level of the villa has sand-colored tile flooring and light walls. The villa has a kitchen with high-quality appliances and a comprehensive set of dishes, where you can easily cook food for a larger group. On the living room side, you'll find a large dining group for 12 people, as well as a casual couch group for a night out. On the downstairs partition of Villa Harmonia A and B, an opening/locking door is built to help transform the two double villas into one large villa for 24 people! So if you're a larger group, please ask about renting both sides of the villa. On the ground floor of the villa there is a beautiful bathroom, shower, toilet and sauna. Another separate toilet can be found upstairs in the villa. There are four bedrooms upstairs in the villa; three bedrooms each have 2x single beds and one bedroom has two bunk beds. In addition, there is a sofa bed for two in the living room downstairs. The villa therefore sleeps 12 people in total. The villa is equipped with an outdoor hot tub, and you can easily hippie from the heat of the sauna to the hot tubs. The outdoor hot tub is sheltered on the deck under the canopy. There's also a grill, a table group, and a seating area on the deck. The yard of the villa has plenty of room for cars, and there is also a car heating pole in the yard. OUTDOOR HOT TUB: The villa has an outdoor hot tub that can be booked for use if desired. The outdoor hot tub is €170/reservation. During the festivals, the price of the outdoor hot tub is 230€/reservation. At certain times, it's mandatory to take an outdoor hot tub for a reservation (read the times below). OTHER EQUIPMENT: Duvet and pillow x 12, cleaning supplies, air source heat pump, washer, TV and gas grill. Bed linens and towels can be booked separately for €15/person or ready-made €20/person. When you book linens + towels, these will be delivered to the cabin before the start of the reservation. You can also get a children's high chair, travel bed, flip board, etc. in the villa, please ask about them separately! NOTES: Accommodation price does not include departure cleaning. You can book a departure cleaning through us for €180 per double villa half. A mandatory departure cleaning fee will be added to reservations at event times (read the times and prices below). The villa is available from 4pm on the day of check-in and the release is at 12pm on the day of departure. For weeks 52-1 and 8-9, the check-in time is at 6pm on the day of check-in and checkout at 12pm on the day of departure. Outside of the above-mentioned times, earlier check-ins /late check-outs are possible, please ask about them separately. On weekends, we rent villas for a minimum of 2 days, but 1-day bookings are also possible on weekdays. Of course, it's always a good idea to ask for 1-day rentals for weekends - let's see if it happens. Pets are allowed in the villa (pet fee of €30/reservation).
