This is a very unique apartment in the heart of Lyon. It is central, spacious, beautifully decorated and fully equipped. You'll be able to enjoy my music studio, home cinema, vintage video game console and coffee lab :) The space You will enjoy quite a unique apartment, carefully decorated, in the beating heart of Lyon. Central: 10 minutes walking from Perrache and Jean-Macé train station; 20 minutes from Part-Dieu train station by tramway; metro lines A & B + tramway lines T1 & T2 at less than 5 minutes walking. Getting here is very convenient. Spacious: there are one bathroom with a bathtub, separated toilets, a kitchen, an entranceway, and three rooms; the bedroom that can accommodate 2 persons on a futon bed; the living room that can accommodate up to 5 people on 3 convertible sofas; and the music studio that can accommodate 1 person on a convertible sofa. The apartment is confortable for 5 people if there are two couples (1 couple in the bedroom, 1 couple in the living room, and 1 person in the studio) or if it is a family with 3 kids (parents in the bedroom, kids in the living room - no kids in the studio unless they're really reliable). In case of individual people, depending on how much privacy you want, do not exceed - 3 people if you don't want to share a room - 5 people if you don't mind sharing a room but don't want to share a bed If you are a musician, you will be able to enjoy my fully equipped music studio. As long as you are delicate with the gears and respectful to my neighbors of course :) please let me know in advance if you wish to use it. My living room is equipped with video projector and a hi-end double stereo sound system (one pair or Cabasse and another pair of Elipson speakers, both French-made in the 70s, + a Project turntable fed in a tube preamp and an Atoll 100W amp), perfect for an immersive movie session on a rainy day. If you're more of a nerd, you'll be able to enjoy more than 10 thousand vintage (literally) video games on a Time Machine console that you can plug on the video projector ;) please tell me in advance if you wish to use the video projector or the game console. Last but not least: coffee lovers, I got you covered! My favorite roastery (Loutsa) is 5 minutes away, and my kitchen has a dedicated coffee lab equipped with an electric mill, a timer scale and a temperature adjustable kettle. I have several sizes of French presses and Italian moka pots, plus a vintage vacuum coffee machine. Please also let me know in advance in case you wish to use the coffee lab. Guest access You can access the entire apartment. Other things to note A few points of attention: - My bedroom has a futon bed: that means that it is a firm mattress. Make sure you are ok with that type of bedding. - The sofa beds in the living room and the studio are also quite firm. I know that some people don't like it so I'd rather make it clear. - This place is were I live. It is not a hotel, so expect a minimal amount of mess and personal stuff. - Please leave the apartment as clean as you found it. The cleaning fees are for the sheets and towels, and the fact that I clean or have the apartment cleaned no matter what before every booking. - Do not use the knives that are in their boxes.
