Single-story house in a residential area, less than 10 minutes from the city center on foot and close to all amenities. All the comforts are there for a great family vacation. Montpellier is 15 minutes away. The house has 2 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 4 people. The pool measures 4.45 x 2.70 meters, is 1.40 meters deep (it has an above-ground shutter, counter-current swimming, salt treatment). The space The garden has a terrace with a manual blind, a plancha, a garden furniture, a football cage, a petanque court, a large trampoline, a ping pong table. The swimming pool is new and salt-treated, with countercurrent swimming and protected by a roller shutter. In the house there are 2 bedrooms: - one with a 160 X 200 bed - One with a 140 × 200 cm bed There are 2 A/Cs in the house: one in the living room and one in the hallway that leads to the bedrooms. The bathroom is composed of a shower and a sink. The toilet is separate. In the garage there is a freezer (in addition to the small one in the kitchen), an extra fridge, and a washing machine.
