The space The house offers 2 bedrooms on 2 stories, both equipped with closets and air conditioning. The upper bedroom has an attached toilet. On the lower story you will find a bedroom, a full bathroom including a walk-in shower and a washing machine. The open kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a gas hot plate, a dishwasher and a high table with barstools. The living room part offers a sofa bed and a TV with more than 200 international TV channels. On the patio directly attached to the swimming pool you will find a lounge and a dining table as well as a gas barbecue. The backyard offers a garden with a variety of trees and an olive garden, a Boccia playing ground as well as various areas to relax. Wi-Fi is available on the entire property. Guest access The guests have a house of 65 sq m on two stories in total with a surrounding property of 1600 sq m including a carport and a swimming pool 7x3.5 m at their sole disposal. Other things to note On the entire island there is a very high fire risk due to the heat hence drought in the summer, therefore any open fire on the property as well as outside is strictly prohibited.
