You and your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located stylish apartment in a luxury building. 5 minute walk to Downtown Pristina. The apartment is newly built and fully equipped with a brand new kitchen and furniture. Based on the seventh floor it has a great sunset city view. Plenty of markets and grocery stores nearby and a lot of coffee bars and restaurants around the area accessible within a five minute walk. The space The Apartment offers one living room and fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, one bathroom, separate laundry room with a smart washer and dryer, a one garden/city view balcony. The Apartment is suitable for 3 people including a futon sofa for an extra person. The apartment is newly built with new and qualitative furniture. As you enter the front door you’ll step on heated tiles on the hallway and the rest of the apartment is equipped with heated premium wooden floors. As you enter the living room you’ll be able to enjoy the amazing sunsets of Pristina on large windows, and have your evening tea on the balcony equiped with one coffe table and 3 chairs. The living room contains a L shaped italian Cavalli couch which unfolds as a futon for another person to sleep, the couch extends for a more comfortable stay. In front of it you’ll enjoy a 75 inch Samsung smart tv with (Netflix, Prime Video) connected to Alexa who will make your stay as convenient as possible. Simply say Alexa turn on the kitchen lights and relax under the ambiance that the LED kitchen lights provide. While sitting on the modern wooden rocking chair beside the Tv. If you are a musician and like to play music, a guitar will be available for you to enjoy its sounds. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking with touch activated digital stove and oven, a full fridge with freezer, american faucet and all the necessary utensils and dishes. In the hallway you will see a drawer where you will find fresh towels and the rest of the bathroom essentials will be located on the laundry room located on your right as you walk down the hall. One bedroom contains two single beds with comfortable aloe vera mattress and a shareable closet. The main bedroom is located near the bathroom with a queen size bed and a aloe vera mattress and a bigger closet and a drawer for clothes, on top of it is a huge mirror which can be used for makeup or getting ready for a night out. The area is residential and quiet with amazing restaurants and coffe shops in walking distance. The main Pristina park is located a few minutes away from the apartment so you can enjoy your morning run or evening walks with your loved ones. If you need groceries or late night snacks a supermarket is available in front of the building on the ground floor making your stay as convenient as possible. Other things to note Please, remove your shoes and place them in the hall, wearing shoes inside the apartment is prohibited. We specifically pay for floor cleaning before/after every stay.
