Our condo is inside the Sandestin Resort. It is right by the Sandestin Beach, nicely decorated and updated. * NO EARLY CHECK INS POSSIBLE DURING HIGH SEASON (March-October) * The pool will be heated over Spring Break from March 7 - April 12 The space Luau is the latest building at the beachside of the Sandestin Resort. The Luau complex has one of the nicest pools in the resort, with waterfall, kids pool, hot tub and a snack bar with tropical surroundings. This luxury decorated 400 square feet Studio sleeps up to four guests. We have one King Size bed, a sofa that converts to a REAL Full Size bed (The Cozy Mattress® system has changed what the world thought was impossible: a REAL bed mattress in a sofa, check out: cozymattress for more information!). A bathroom, kitchenette, and small living area with a big LCD TV and a DVD Player as seen in the pictures. Free High Speed WiFi is included. Coffee Machine, Microwave oven, hotel size Refrigerator, Iron/Ironing board are included. This is a non-smoking unit and guest pets are unfortunately not allowed in LUAU. Our condo is equipped with a key-less lock system that makes check super easy! No keys to get, just go directly to your room. Plus the key-less lock system provides added security for you and top that off with the fact that the Luau is in a gated area with controlled access you could not find a safer spot. Whether you are a couple looking for a romantic getaway or planning that beach family vacation this is a great place for you. There is a fitness center and a meeting room and plenty of jogging and biking trails to enjoy. Luau’s observation deck is great for beautiful sunsets and sunrises. The Luau buildings sit on top of a rise just a 5 minute’s walk from the beaches of Sandestin right next to the Hilton. The Sandestin Resort is one of the greatest resorts on the emerald coast and has so much to offer! This 2400 acres security gated community provides added safety for our guests. With its 4 championship golf courses, tennis centers, miles of bike/jogging trails, miles of beaches, restaurants, shops, Baytowne Wharf, and children’s activities all just inside the resort. The Marina with jet ski and watercraft rentals, Jolee Island and the multiple tree houses and nature walks are just a part of what this top resort destination offers. You will find this new updated Luau I condo is a luxury place to relax and enjoy while visiting the Sandestin Resort area. Our condo is family owned and operated in collaboration with good friends of our family. We will provide you with personal service you will not find with any big management company. You will have access to our beach closet that includes beach chairs and an umbrella for your use! All you have to do is grab the beach bag, grab the chairs, and stroll to the beach. Since we are on the beach side it is just a short walk from your front door! Our goal is to provide you a family owned place to stay that makes you feel like you’re in a home away from home and you will return for years to come.
