In the heart of a quiet, residential area, we welcome you to our unique air-conditioned cottage, totally independent of our home. Essential shops are a 3-minute walk away. Private parking is reserved for you. Your location will give you quick access to the main attractions in the area. The owners' pool is open to guests; - July and August - Monday to Friday - 4:30 pm - 7:30 pm The space You have a 43 m2 accommodation and a 250 m2 private garden. The main room consists of an equipped open kitchen and a dining area. In the master bedroom you have 1 bed in 160 x 200, plenty of storage and a private terrace. In the second bedroom there are 2 beds in 90 x 190. In the 2 bedrooms: - Bedside lamps have a USB socket - a wall-mounted TV ( in every room). You have a large bathroom with toilet, shower and closet. Linens and towels are provided. A veranda is available for all your meals as well as garden furniture for relaxing. Linens and towels are provided ( beds not made). Guest access You have access to your accommodation through a private pedestrian gate and an electric gate to enter your vehicle. Other things to note You have the option of covered bike parking. The Canal du Midi is 5 kilometers away.
