Villa Taxco is one of the eight vintage villas, built in the 50´s located in a gated, secure community. Our villas are surrounded by manicured and mature gardens, a majestic 40 ft. tile pool, a pool cabaña with a vintage fridge, bbq, lounge chairs, outdoor tables and chairs for alfresco lunches. Each villa has its own covered parking space, private gardens and terraces or balconies. We offer other villas with 1-3 bedrooms w/ short or long-term rates. The location of the Villas is ideal! The space Villa Taxco is a unique villa overlooking our ravine. It has one bedroom with two double beds with 100% cotton sheets (450-500 count), pillows, bed covers and cushions, as well as a walk-in closet with an ironing board, iron, hangers, blankets and a floor fan. Villa Taxco has a beautiful tile bathroom with 100% cotton towels for body, face and hands, as well as hotel amenities of soap, conditioner and shampoo of natural, herbal ingredients. Our villa has an ample living room with a chimney and a Smart TV with Netflix account included. This villa has two private terraces to enjoy alfresco meals and an outdoor BBQ. There are details of handpainted tile murals, cedar doors, and wide windows for natural lighting. The curtains, sofas, and cushions are made by hand with natural materials. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, coffee machine, juicer, a toaster oven and all the essentials to make home cooked meals for any length of stay. Daily hotel cleaning included in daily tariffs, weekly cleaning for weekly/monthly rents. We offer personalized attention and maintenance seven days of the week. This villa´s arquitecture, artisan decor, privacy and relaxing ambience is what makes it so unique in our community of eight vintage villas. Guest access We offer eight houses, each Villa either has a small private terrace with table and chairs or private terrace with garden, some terraces have a hammock. There’s beautiful lush gardens that surround each house which offers privacy. The pool has a cabana where there’s a bbq, refrigerator and a ping pong table, exterior furniture is shared between the guests at las villas. Feel free to the towel basket at the pool house. Table, chairs and umbrella are set daily as well as the lounge chairs for sunning. Other things to note We have a mix of long term and monthly guests escaping their winters, vacationers eager to explore the historic Colonial highlands of México for a rich cultural experience, families in the summers studying at our most prestigious Spanish language schools and weekend guests who come for peace and tranquility.
