Welcome to The Colliers Rest your contemporary, home-from-home, perfectly placed for work, rest or adventure in the heart of South Yorkshire. This beautifully renovated property is ideal for business travellers, contractors, families and groups alike. Set in a peaceful residential area just 10 minutes from the M1 (Junction 36), you’re brilliantly located for all major road networks. Staying for a few nights or a few months, we’ve created a space that feels both welcoming and functional. The space The property has a traditional layout typical of the area. The bathroom is on the ground floor alongside the spacious lounge and kitchen. The 3 bedrooms are upstairs and all are of generous proportions. Bed 1 and 2 have beds which can be made into super kings or split into singles and bed 3 has its own double bed. Guests can specify on booking which configuration they would like and housekeeping will take care of this for you ahead of your arrival. High ceilings and great rooms sizes offer a really quite large space in which to stay. The house is like a tardis! Guest access Guests will have full run of the house. Other things to note Due to the size and weight of the kitchen blind it has been made to stay static. Guest can tilt and turn it but not higher and lower it.
