Lakes are all around and Sierra-at-Tahoe is only 40 minutes away. South Lake Tahoe is an hour. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and a large bar and living room area with a full kitchen. There is a massive deck with a fire pit, smoker, charcoal, and gas grill. We have a laundry room. There are three bedrooms on the top level. One bedroom is an office with a futon. Spacious open living room area with bar. We are in a rural area, so the WiFi here is not the greatest. If you need reliable internet, we kinda have it. :) Most of the time, it works at around 15-20 Mbps, but don't plan an important business Zoom meeting here.
