BTR#2099 The Beach house A is a new and modern 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, and an amazing rooftop view that lets you enjoy water views from every angle. Come up and watch the most popular sunsets right on top of your vacation home. The backyard has enough space for the guests to relax and enjoy their heated pool or hot tub after a long day at the beach. Our Endless Pool is a 16ftx9ft above ground heated pool with a river jet that allows you to exercise and swim in one place against the current. Relax and have a drink at the bar by the pool while friends/family swim. The pool also has massagers that will help you feel relaxed. This hous sleeps 10 people (comfortably sleeps 6 adults and 4 children). Book your stay now and you will take away memories to last a lifetime. There are 4 parking and 2 designated garage spaces. There is a park walking distance from the house with a basketball and tennis court. There is a trolley stop near our home that takes you to one of the most famous beaches in the US Clearwater Beach. Indian Rocks Beach is a wonderful family beach. There are many things to do. Harbor Splash waterpark is a short driving distance. There are several nice restaurants with outside seating located near by as well as a near by grocery store. Indian Rocks beach is just a short drive tone of the top Beaches in the country, Clearwater Beach. The Beach House A is only assessable form 28th Ave. which is one way street coming from Gulf Boulevard. In order to book our property, you need to be 21 years of age or older. We provide beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach cooler and beach wagon that is located in garage. Also, there are beach towels located in a laundry area on the third level. Family with kids please use the "door alarm" for door that lead to backyard/hot tub, and also for door that leads to spiral staircase/rooftop for the safety of your kids. Alarm is located on top corner of the each door, please turn the alarm on so it will make a sound every time somebody opens the door. Pool service company is scheduled on every Friday for cleaning and balancing water in a hot tub. Also, water in the hot tub is sanitized after each guest check out.
