Discover Noosa from this unique perspective Moored behind a little island in the Noosa River, opposite the Noosa Yatch club Houseboat is stationary, it cannot be motored Access is by dingy. It has an electric motor for easy operation. It is battery powered and does not go fast but it gets you around so that you can explore the area, fish and access local resturants Your welcome to use the dingy or double kayak to explore the waterways Single room living downstairs, relax on the covered top deck. The space Bedding for up to 3 people in one studio style space. Double bed and divan. Kitchenette, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle. Bathroom has shower and compostable toilet, accessed from outside. Guest access The houseboat stationary, it's moored on the beach. You will need to wade through water and climb aboard using a boat ladder. Depth of water to wade through depends on the tide, low tide below knee deep, high tide usually upper thigh though occasionally there's a super tide where it can be almost waist deep. In this case you can use the dinghy and push it back and forth. It's best to put your pants on when on shore😊 Use of single or double kayak. Use of stand up paddle board. Other things to note You will need to wade through water to climb onto the houseboat. Usually it's only knee deep, or thigh deep at high tide. Access to the upper deck is via ladder. Therefore agility is recommended. Access at night can be quite dark, there aren't any lights on the path to the carpark or Hastings St, your phone torch is recommended. Car parking on the weekend can be scarce, either come early, late or have patience
