Featuring all-new appliances and furnishings, it provides an ample bedroom with Queen bed plus a daybed in the living room. The bathroom sports a walk-in shower, dual vanities, and plenty of storage. Perfect for a solo retreat or romantic getaway. The loft apartment has a bedroom with Queen bed and overhead fan with light plus additional lighting. The bathroom has separate dual sinks and a shower. There is a window with shade between the 2 sinks. Do not pull the tab at the bottom of the shade. You just raise it to the bar above. It is magnetic. The kitchen has a Breville Oven/Air Fryer, Microwave and a 2 burner electric portable burner. Please do not put hot pots on the hardwood counter top. The basic spices and oils are provided as is cleaning essentials. There is a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board and extra towels and sheets. The BBQ is electric and on the deck. Please keep away from the house and railing after use, until totally cool. The living area has dining room table with chairs, sofa and pull out sofa for one person. The instructions for the TV and WiFi are in the "house book". You will also find maps to the walking trails and the hiking trail plus beaches that you can access. During the summer there is a Farmers Market by the grocery store open on Saturdays from 10am to 1pm. Enjoy your stay and remember to contact me if you need something. There is a nice wooded area with a trail available summer of 2024. The kids will enjoy the "rabbit trail" and finding those little bunnies. They are hiding, so let's see how many they can find!! Access to the beach is about a mile away. We have a small grocery store on the island. THERE ARE NO GAS STATIONS - FILL UP BEFORE YOU GET HERE.
