There will be 6 thematic landscapes to house a total of 34 facilities. The Aquatic Cove will have an infinity pool, sunken sundeck, Jacuzzi, water cascades, wading pool, floating step stones, pool deck and recreational pool. The Green Oasis will have a water featured wall, species collections, petal zone and a sitting enclosure. And there is the Energetic Corridor which house a children’s playground, a multipurpose court, a jogging track, an outdoor gym, a reflexology path and a squash court. There will be a green buffer and a pavilion in the Green Belt. Moreover, there is a Central Green Park that will have hammock seats, pink blossom park, putting green and human chess play. Last but not least, the Residential Facilities include floating gym, yoga studio, rooftop garden, BBQ area, function room, KTV room, sauna room, library, table tennis zone and games room. Lost or Damage Penalty: 1) Access Card = MYR 200.00/Card 2) Keys = MYR 50/key As our long er term guests, you will be provided with TWO (2) Access Cards. Both cards can access unit floor, facilities floor but only 1 card available for car parking access barrier. Roof covered carpark is easily accessible at level 3. For additional Overnight Visitor Parking, please apply at guardhouse upon your arrival. (Subject to availability & fees of RM20.00 per night per car parking). Please take note, there are no daily housekeeping. ♢ We assured fresh and clean linens and towels to be provided upon your check in. Please note that they are cleaned but not iron and may have slight wrinkles/crumples. Kindly ensure to take all your belongings when you check out. Our cleaner will do full keeping to remove/dispose items do not belong to the home. We will not be responsible for any loss or other valuables claimed to be left in the house. No pets allowed. No smoking in the house. No party/noise during stay. Light cooking is allowed. Fine RM200 if not follow house rules.
