NEWLY REMODELED-This Beautiful 1900’s two story farmhouse on the Rath homestead is located 3 miles West of Grafton & 2 miles North off of Highway 6 or 7.5 miles East of Sutton on Hwy 6. You will also find a Big Red Barn, Large Grass Yard, Farm Animals, and Beautiful Sunrises and Sunsets. If you are traveling to this area for a family gathering, wedding, sporting event, hunting, work travels, or just to get away & enjoy a peaceful country stay, our spacious farm is the perfect place. The space Main Floor: **Open floor plan to fully stocked kitchen, walnut topped island seating 6, 24 inch smart tv in kitchen, living room with 45 inch smart tv, and dining room with table seating 8, high chair **One bedroom with a queen bed-main floor, 24 inch smart tv **Queen inflatable mattress-living room **Full bathroom-shower only Second Floor: **One Large master bedroom which can sleep up to 6 guests with a king bed, double futon, queen inflatable mattress (shared space), 75 inch smart tv, small couch/ottoman **Second bedroom with a queen bed, 24 inch smart tv **Full bathroom-shower only Patio: **Gas Grill **Patio Table/4 Chairs/Umbrella **Picnic Table **Fire ring for bonfire with 4 Adirondack chairs **Firewood available for purchase upon request/$8 per bundle Landscape: **Large Red Barn/3 Outbuildings **Large Grass Yard **Corn/Soybean Fields surround the farm (May-October) **Cows **Fainting Goats **Cats (Very friendly but not allowed in the Farmhouse) Other things to note **With much deliberation on this, NO PETS allowed in the Farmhouse **Garage and outbuildings are not part of the rental **Mother Natural isn’t always kind and out of our control when it comes to mosquitoes/flies on farms in Nebraska. We do regular spraying on the farm for mosquitoes and flies but not always 100% effective with occasional rainy weather. Bring plenty of bugs spray if you are staying with us during the warm months.
