Our cozy guest house with a somewhat enchanted character is located on the outskirts of Mönchengladbach in the district of Koch, adjacent to the Hardter Forest and the extensive fields. It offers an ideal starting point for walks, bike tours, soccer games in Borrussia Park and excursions to Roermond (20 min), Venlo and Düsseldorf (25 min). In the Hardter Forest there are two trendy places not to be missed. The space Our approx. 60 sqm guest house is located on the outskirts of Mönchengladbach surrounded by an enchanted garden area. The rooms are comfortably furnished and offer optimal space for 2 people. It has a large bedroom/living room in the attic with a double bed (2 x 2 m) with TV (only Apple TV incl. streaming services such as Netflix, Prime, etc.), a couch and a dining table, as well as a country house kitchen and a bathroom with shower on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washer-dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, refrigerator and kitchen supplies and offers a beautiful view of the garden. Guest access The guest house has a separate gate entrance with its own parking space and direct access to its own entrance. Other things to note The house is located directly at the entrance to Koch, which branches off from a country road that is busier on weekdays. The adjacent fields and forests are within walking distance.
