A toilet with shower is on both floors and there is also a laundry room downstairs. From the dining room you have access to the large garden with wooden deck with a barbecue and outdoor furniture! Other things to note Note. As we farm, late summer is our most important time, as it is harvest time. The farm's grain dryer is located next to the property and makes noise. I therefore recommend you to book Villa Ruuth during the late summer if you think it feels exciting to see the tractors coming by and tipping grain. But not if you want it to be completely quiet as the dryer can be heard (day and night). Update: In the spring of 2024, we have rebuilt the dryer to be more smart and energy efficient, and this renewal will also make it sound less than before 🎉 Welcome!
