In this spacious home with fully equipped kitchen, you can really enjoy your holiday with friends or the whole family. In the communal garden of the house directly opposite you will find a terrace, barbecue, pool and sauna. So you can really relax on warm and cold days. Centrally located in Sebnitz, you have restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. It is also a stone's throw from the Elbe Sandstone Mountains by car or public transport (about 20-30 minutes). The space The apartment is very cozily furnished and equipped with everything you need for a long and great vacation. There are two bedrooms (1x 140cm bed, 1x 180cm bed) and a large living room with sofa bed. In the laundry room in the house across the street, you can do your laundry and conjure up delicious dishes in your kitchen or end the evening outside by campfires and a sauna. A grill is of course also available for great summer evenings. There are sitting areas in the garden and also loungers and a lounge to enjoy the sun. If it rains, a TV is at your disposal and you can put your feet up after a long hike. Guest access You have your apartment all to yourself. In the house opposite (once crossing the street), the garden with various seating options, the pool and loungers (summer) and the barrel sauna are at your disposal. There you can also use the laundry room. Other things to note If you want to bring your four-legged friends, please note that this is €10 per night (from the 8th day €8 per night) and please let us know when you confirm that you are bringing one (or more) fluffy companions so that we can adjust the booking accordingly. The municipality of Sebnitz is a spa town, which is why a tourist tax is to be paid in cash on site. This can easily be deposited upon departure. This is €2.50 (reduced €2.00) per person/night.
